Join us for a hands-on olive harvesting experience amidst the serene Sabina countryside. Our traditional approach involves manual harvesting with rakes, making it a perfect workout for anyone seeking a truly immersive adventure.

The morning unfolds as we gather olives from the trees onto the expansive olive nets. We meticulously sort and select olives suitable for milling. These selected olives are carefully packed into crates, loaded onto the tractor's trailer, and temporarily stored at the house, awaiting evening processing at the mill.

Following your hard work, indulge in a hearty lunch featuring abundant pasta and local wine. For those willing to continue helping after lunch, we'll reward your dedication with a delightful souvenir bottle of our delicious Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to take home. Of course, you'll also have the opportunity to purchase more oil while supplies last.

Our harvest typically takes place in early October, though Mother Nature holds the final say.

While we gladly accept advance bookings, please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific harvest weeks or days due to the weather-dependent nature of our work.

Unfortunately, we may need to cancel harvest days at short notice if weather conditions prove unfavorable. In this case, any booking deposit already paid will, of course, be refunded.

1. That my booking will not be considered complete until payment of my 25% booking deposit has been received by Olive Hill Sabina. 2. That this event will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. 2. That the booking deposit is non refundable (except in the event of cancellation of the event by Olive Hill Sabina (see above). 3. That payment of the balance is due on arrival at Olive Hill Sabina. NOTE! We recommend that you bring cash to cover your balance payment and any EVOO purchases that you wish to make. Credit Cards are accepted for in person payments at the farm, but are liable to a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs. 4. That tours take place in ENGLISH only 5. That this event involves a walk on rough ground on a hillside; suitable footwear (closed toed) should be worn. 5. That Olive Hill Sabina cannot be held liable for any injuries or illnesses incurred during or as a result of this experience 6.
